Our Approach

Lead by experience, the Practice Makes Product approach to every engagement is always unique. Depending on your challenges and goals, on the size of your team, on your budget and many other things, we will come up with a couple of suggested approaches that can work for your use case. You then decide the best fit!

Our involvement always focuses on alignment, key priorities and communication, and will help you define a process that really works. A lot of what we do involves working with you on both long-term strategy and short-term planning. Practice Makes Product uses a full product toolset of approaches and practices but helps you pick what is most relevant for you at the time. We help you lead a team driven by a product mindset and create and nurture a culture of innovation, camaraderie and efficiency!

Based on the selected approach, we will work directly with you but may also get involved in some of your team meetings or speak to other members of your team or stakeholders. One-on-one coaching and mentoring is usually structured as a set of regular video calls over a period of time and often involves independent tasks as part of your daily activities as well.

In all cases, Practice Makes Product would always include a level of discovery at first and will then define and help you implement the best approaches to get the best out of your team and the environment you’re in.
